FOOD & BEVERAGE PERMIT PROCEDURES

Sampling only is allowed, otherwise food must be prepackaged.

Any exhibitor wanting to exhibit in the show with food sampling should contact Julianne Spargo first for approval.  Once approved by the Show, exhibitors must be approved by the Saint Paul RiverCentre too.  

After approval has been given from both Show Management and the Saint Paul RiverCentre, exhibitors must contact The Minnesota Department of Health in advance of the event to determine if a special event food stand permit is required and approval.  Show Management does NOT get involved with this process.
