Sampling only is allowed, otherwise food must be prepackaged.

Any exhibitor wanting to exhibit in the show with food sampling should contact Julianne Spargo first for approval.  Once approved by the Show, exhibitors must be approved by the Saint Paul RiverCentre too.  

After approval has been given from both Show Management and the Saint Paul RiverCentre, exhibitors must contact The Minnesota Department of Health in advance of the event to determine if a special event food stand permit is required and approval.  Show Management does NOT get involved with this process. While the RiverCentre Ramp will be available for the duration of the show, please note that the surface lot at the ramp is unavailable: February 12, February 15, February 16, February 17

Costs will increase at the RiverCentre Ramp on these days to the following:
$20 - February 12 & February 15 (cost increases at 2pm), February 17 (cost increases at 8am)
$15 - February 16 (cost increases at 2pm)
